Allseeds confirms that its sunflower and rapeseed oil storage infrastructure in the port of Pivdennyi, near Odesa, has been hit in two separate attacks on Friday evening and again on Saturday evening. The strikes triggered a major fire, produced a smoke plume visible for kilometers, and caused oil to spill onto nearby roadways.

13 storage tanks have been destroyed. Firefighting operations lasted until Monday, and our teams continue to work under extremely difficult conditions.
Tragically, a 24-year-old operator died after being struck by shrapnel, and two other team members were hospitalized.
Allseeds’ immediate priority has been to support its people and bring the fire under control. In anticipation of heightened risk, the company had invested in three firefighting trucks in 2023 and trained internal teams for emergency response. They have been working with minimal rest in the aftermath of the strikes.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to the family and loved ones of our deceased colleague and are providing support to the injured team members and their families. The company will share further updates as more information becomes available.
